Information You Submit
A name or location entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. Wolfe County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own system. A message sent through email or a contact form may be retained long enough to answer it. We do not share that message outside our organization unless the law requires it.
Automatic Technical Details
Normal web systems may collect technical data when a page loads. This can include:
- Internet Protocol address

- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring page, when available
- Date and time stamps
Cookies help measure how visitors use the pages. Browser controls can block them, though some functions may then work differently.

Links lead to Three Forks release records, Kentucky corrections and court portals, federal tools, and outside search providers. Once a visitor leaves, the destination’s privacy policy controls. We do not sell personal information. Limited data may go to search partners that process a query, analytics providers, advertising networks, and law-enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order.
Security Is Best Effort
Reasonable security practices are used, but no internet-connected service is fully secure. We cannot promise that a breach, interception, or technical failure will never occur.
Visitors Under Eighteen
This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may use the Get in Touch page to request deletion if a minor submitted information.

Subject to applicable law and our ability to verify a request, a person may ask for a copy of data held, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, or an opt-out from certain processing. These rights concern data held by this site, not government records maintained under Kentucky law.
