Browse Wolfe 72-Hour Releases

A Wolfe County 72 hour release list would collect jail exits across a three-day window, which can help when a same-day check misses a weekend or delayed update. Three Forks Regional Jail does not publish an official 72-hour release feed. Wolfe County release activity must instead be confirmed through a date-bounded jail record, the local court case, and the right state system. The live roster shows current custody only. It cannot prove release by omission. A careful three-day search identifies the movement, its legal authority, and whether the person entered the community or remained in another agency’s custody.

Wolfe 72-Hour Release Records

Three Forks has no official rolling list of people released from Wolfe County cases in the last three days. Its official website links to Current Inmates, not recent releases. The page has no 72-hour filter, published refresh schedule, released-person fields, or online archive. A truthful three-day check therefore begins with a request to the jail, not a relabeled current roster.

Choose the exact three calendar dates and times. Ask Three Forks for a release or movement extract for that span, or request a person-specific record if the jail does not create a date report. Include Wolfe as the originating county because the regional jail also serves Lee and Owsley. Request each movement’s time, type, authority, and destination. Then use the Wolfe court docket and Kentucky VINE across the same dates. KYDOC Daily Releases belongs in the search only when a state sentence applies.

No public three-day feed: the Three Forks roster shows people currently held, while a release or movement record affirmatively documents the exit.

Check Wolfe Releases Across Three Days

A 72-hour check should preserve the sequence of events. It is easy to mistake a roster disappearance on the first day for release, then miss a transfer that becomes visible in another system a day later. Work from the regional jail record outward.

  1. Define the beginning and end of the 72-hour span, including the local time used for each boundary.
  2. Search the current Three Forks roster to rule in current custody, but do not treat a non-match as release.
  3. Call 606-464-2598, then seek a date-bounded movement extract or a named person’s booking-release entry.
  4. Ask whether the exit was bond, recognizance, time served, court order, transfer, parole, or another coded event.
  5. Review Wolfe court events on all three dates for the bond, dismissal, judgment, sentence, or custody order.
  6. Check VINE for a custody event and KOOL or KYDOC Daily Releases when state custody is supported by the facts.

Keep notes by date and source. A court order can precede the physical exit, and a receiving agency’s record can appear after the Three Forks movement. That timing does not make either record wrong. It means the records describe different steps. The Released Last 24 Hours page is better for a tightly focused same-day check.

Wolfe Three-Day Release Fields

There are no advertised public-feed columns to reproduce. The table lists fields supported by the research for a Three Forks booking or release record. The custodian should confirm which fields exist and can be disclosed for the requested period.

Record fieldUse in a 72-hour review
Name, aliases, birth date, booking numberMatches each movement to the correct booking.
Admission and release date/timePlaces the event within the three-day span.
Release reason or movement codeShows bond, time served, court order, transfer, or another event.
Order or releasing authorityConnects the jail action to the court or agency decision.
Destination or receiving agencyDistinguishes a community exit from continued custody elsewhere.
Charges, holds, and bondGives the booking context and unresolved custody constraints.

Ask for plain-language code definitions. “Transfer” is not community release. A person sent to Kentucky DOC, another county jail, the U.S. Marshals Service, or ICE has left Three Forks but remains in custody. Bond returns the person to the community while the case continues. A court dismissal under one booking does not rule out another active hold.

Wolfe Weekend Release Timing

A three-day window is useful when the search crosses a weekend, court closure, or holiday. It catches events that fall just outside a 24-hour boundary and gives later records time to appear. No official Three Forks publication promises when roster changes, VINE events, or court entries will synchronize. Treat each timestamp according to the system that created it.

The jail’s movement time answers when Three Forks acted. A Wolfe court entry explains the legal order, but its filing time may differ. VINE reflects an event supplied by a source agency and can lag. KOOL is designed for Kentucky state offenders and supervision, not each short county-jail booking. The KYDOC gateway says entries and accuracy updates are made daily while warning that newer offender data may not be finalized. Daily does not mean instant.

For a Friday-to-Monday search, state all dates in the request. Do not ask only for “weekend releases” unless the custodian uses that exact record category. A clear start and end time reduces ambiguity and helps distinguish a late Friday exit from an early Monday movement.

Note: A wider window improves coverage, but it does not change a current roster into a historical release report.

Wolfe Records Survive Roster Removal

The lack of an online archive does not mean the release record is gone. The Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives County Jailer schedule sets a five-year period after release for the closed jail register and inmate record file, subject to the schedule and applicable holds. Online display, government retention, and public access are separate issues.

A narrow open-record request can seek the discharge time, order or authority, movement reason, and recipient or destination while the file is retained. Provide the full name, aliases, date of birth or booking number when known, the three-day range, Wolfe as the case county, and the preferred electronic format. Ask for a cost estimate if copies may carry a fee. The agency need not create a new analysis when an existing movement record answers the question.

The regional structure matters. Three Forks entries can concern Lee, Owsley, or Wolfe. A raw date extract should not be presented as Wolfe County activity until the originating case or county is confirmed. The release record and Wolfe docket provide that local tie. When the objective is to trace one named person beyond this three-day period, use the broader Wolfe County released inmate search. It joins older jail, court, state, VINE, federal, and records-request paths without pretending that one system covers every form of custody.

Wolfe Release Systems Compared

Each lookup answers a different question. Using the wrong system is a common source of false release claims, especially over a multi-day span.

A local community release is best confirmed by the Three Forks movement entry and the Wolfe court order. A transfer to a state prison is confirmed by the jail transfer entry and KOOL receiving location. A state-prison release can appear in KYDOC Daily Releases and later status data. Federal and immigration systems do not turn a local roster absence into proof.

Wolfe State Releases by Date

The KYDOC Daily Releases archive is the only official date-indexed release archive located in the Wolfe research. It contains date-specific reports for Kentucky state offenders. Reported fields can include DOC number, name, type of release, released-from facility, and highest felony class. Observed types include discharge at minimum expiration and mandatory reentry supervision in Kentucky.

Search each of the three dates when the person had a state sentence or Three Forks reported commitment to DOC. Compare the DOC number with KOOL. A county detention center can appear as the released-from site for a state offender, but that does not make the report a complete Three Forks release log. People who bonded out of a Wolfe case may never appear there.

A projected date also differs from an actual release report. Sentence credits, court changes, detainers, parole decisions, and processing can change a forecast. The Daily Releases entry is stronger evidence that KYDOC recorded a state release event, while the jail and court remain the correct sources for a local booking.

Wolfe Current Roster Limits

The official Three Forks JailTracker endpoint shows the available current-custody interface.

Wolfe County current jail roster used during a 72-hour release review

The interface documents present roster access, not a three-day history. A match rules in reported custody at that moment. A non-match starts the confirmation process. Search the release entry, court event, VINE status, and any receiving system before describing the person as released.
